Bank wire transfer

To withdraw funds from your trading account via Wire Transfer, please complete the withdrawal form Withdrawal of Funds in Forex trader's room selecting the "Bank account" method. Make sure all the fields are filled in and the information is correct. Funds will be transferred to your bank account on the first business day after the receipt of the withdrawal request. Banks normally process international wire transfers within 2-3 business days and charge a foreign transaction fee of approximately $20-$30.

Please note: Funds are not withdrawn automatically. For security reasons all withdrawal requests are processed manually within 1-2 business days. Requested withdrawal funds free from margin requirements must be available for withdrawal when processing your request.

WebMoney

To withdraw funds via the electronic payment system Web Money, please complete the automated form Withdrawal of Funds in Forex trader's room selecting the "Web Money" method. Make sure all the fields are filled in and the information is correct. Funds will be transferred to your WebMoney account on the next business day after the receipt of the request. Withdrawal of funds may be requested in WMR (RUB equivalent). The requested amount will be converted at the Bank of Russia's exchange rate and transferred to your R purse. For each transaction WebMoney charges a 0.8% fee.

LiqPay (Visa and MasterCard)

To withdraw funds via the electronic payment system LiqPay, please complete the automated form Withdrawal of Funds in Forex trader's room selecting the "LiqPay" method. Make sure all the fields are filled in and the information is correct. Funds will be transferred to your mobile phone on the next business day after the receipt of the request. The LiqPay system charges a $1.95 + 1% fee (to PrivatBank cards $0.55 + 0.5%) for withdrawal of funds to the credit card.

Important Notice: The withdrawal method must be the same as the deposit method. All withdrawal requests are processed on the next business day following the weekend or holiday.
